Frequently asked questions
Straight answers on how we work, what you pay for, and what you own.
What kind of technology do you implement?
Whatever makes your work faster and more reliable: automations and workflow tools (like Zapier, Make or n8n), CRMs such as HubSpot, AI tools for specific tasks, dashboards and reporting, and connections between the tools you already use. We pick the tool for the job, not the other way round.
Do I need to know which tools I want before we start?
No. We start with a tech consultation. We look at how the work gets done today, where time and money leak, and which steps technology can take over. Then we recommend the tools and a plan, with what they cost and what they should save, before anything gets built.
Will you work with the tools we already have?
Yes. We build around your existing tools wherever they do the job, and only add or replace one when it clearly pays for itself. You keep ownership of every account, workflow and piece of data.
Who maintains the tech after it’s set up?
We do. Implementation isn’t the finish line. We monitor the workflows, fix what breaks, update them as your process changes and report the numbers every month, so you’re never left with tools nobody knows how to run.
How do you measure quality?
Against the numbers we agree on at the start. Every KPI is tracked in the Managed OS, and you get a weekly performance and efficiency report. If something starts to slip, we catch it early and fix it before it becomes a problem.
What does “pay for results, not hours” mean?
Before we start, we agree with you on the numbers that define success, such as leads booked, tickets resolved or tasks delivered. What you pay depends on hitting those numbers (there may be a small base fee depending on the project). You never pay a premium for hours that didn’t produce results.
Which work should I hand to you, and which should I keep?
Keep the work that defines your business close to you. Hand us the work that’s well defined, measurable and stuck because nobody has time for it. That’s where we pay off fastest, without the cost and the months it takes to build it yourself.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer?
A freelancer works to a brief you write and manage, and usually splits their time across clients. We build the process, manage it and deliver on agreed metrics.
How is this different from a staffing agency?
A staffing agency finds you a person and leaves you to manage them. We deliver the work. We design the process, run it with a dedicated manager and are paid mainly on results. You pay for the outcome, not the placement.
How does it work?
In six steps. We understand your needs, then make a step-by-step plan for the project. We set up the right process and tech, put the right people on the job, and manage the work with you. Then we deliver the results: the KPIs we agreed upfront, every month.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the work and the results we agree on. Most of what you pay is tied to performance, so our incentive matches yours. Overall, the cost for the value you get is lower than an in-house team or conventional outsourcing. We give you a clear idea of the cost upfront, with a no-hidden-fees guarantee.
Who owns the work?
You do. Everything we produce for you, including the process, the documents, the tools we set up and the knowledge behind your project, belongs to you.
How does communication with Donemint work?
Through the Managed OS, which comes with every project. It gives you direct access to your manager and our core team, and it’s where you share feedback and manage everything about your project. You can also reach our core team by email or any other channel you prefer.
What happens if I leave?
You take everything with you. Because we document the process, tools and knowledge as we go, the work can move to your own team or another provider without starting over.
